Therapeutic Tabletop Roleplaying Group for Adults in North Vancouver

Play Therapy for Adults — no dice experience required.

You don't have to sit across from a therapist and talk about your feelings to do meaningful therapeutic work. Sometimes the most powerful way in is through story.

This small group uses tabletop roleplaying games (TTRPG) as a therapeutic tool — giving you a character, a world, and a story to step into while a trained therapist holds the space. Sometimes what happens at the table has a funny way of reflecting what's happening inside.

No gaming experience needed. No wrong way to play.

What to expect?

A small, intimate group of 4–6 adults meeting in person in North Vancouver. Sessions are led by a registered counsellor trained in therapeutic TTRPG facilitation. We're currently playing Daggerheart. This system is a collaborative storytelling game that's beginner friendly and beautifully suited to therapeutic work.

Each session is an opportunity to explore, experiment and connect — both with the story and with yourself.
